Bella Poarch is a Filipino born to biological Filipino parents. She was born in February 9th, 1997. Her grandmother had lived in the streets until her three-year-old age, when she was placed to a foster home. Her adopted father, a Filipino-American with military background, has a white background and is American. She claims that she and the brother she had were abused by their adoptive parents from the time she was a child until her entry into the military. After a short time within San Francisco, her family relocated to Texas to help her father undergo a bypass operation. Though the physical violence stopped however, she claimed to have endured mental violence from her father back in the her home. When she was aged 18, she enlisted in the United States Navy. Poarch began her TikTok in the month of April, 2020 and quickly rose to fame. Poarch accumulated over 40 million followers within less than 8 months. Poarch posted numerous videos. But her most enduring success was a music video for Millie B's viral hit track Soph Aspin Send. The singer lip-synched and danced to the beat in a zoomed out video. Following her joining TikTok she created her own YouTube as well as a Twitter account to take advantage of her fame. Her fame grew to a peak at the end of December in 2020. According to reports, she drew the attention of two major professional Esports organizations. FaZe Clan (100 Thieves) and 100 Thieves were interested in hiring her to write videos for their respective brand names.
